(Order of the Court was made by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI,J.,) With the consent of both parties, the matter has taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to issue a Community Certificate to his children viz., Jeeva and R.Tamil Selvan, on the basis that the petitioner was already granted Community Certificate of Kurmans (ST) https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Community on 3/7/1996 by a competent Officer/Revenue Divisional Officer, Dharmapuri District.
3. Thus, the children of the petitioner cannot be denied the aforestated social status/Community Certificate. The authorities have rejected the application on an extraneous ground, which is neither relevant nor genuine for the purpose of grant of Community Certificate/Social Status Certificate.
4. Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent fairly submits that appropriate Community Certificate will be issued within a period of two weeks.
5. In that view of the matter, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition at this stage. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
