ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to deal with the application submitted by the petitioner on 13.01.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.

2. Heard Mr.S.Kumara Devan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has only given a representation to the second respondent on 13.01.2025 and the petitioner is expected to submit an online application before the second respondent along with necessary documents.

4. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit the online application before the second respondent and on receipt of such online application from the petitioner, the second respondent is directed to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks. 2/4
