PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned website order dated nil in application in reference No.TN-7202209021164 dated 02.09.2022 to issue Legal Heir Certificate to his father (late) Jayaraman, Son of Abbai died on 26.09.1995 and quash the same as illegal, arbitrary, unfair and against natural justice of audi alteram pateran and consequently, direct the first respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the petitioner within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that pursuant to the order dated 01.06.2023, the Legal Heirship Certificate has been issued to the petitioner. Hence, no further order is required to be passed in this Writ Petition.
