ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.01.2022, at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 5(1) & 6 of the POCSO Act, in Crime No. 1 of 2022 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2. On an earlier occasion, this Court dismissed the bail petition on 04.04.2022 filed by the petitioner on the ground that the matter is ripe for trial and if the petitioner released on bail, there is every possibility of tampering the witness.

3. Considering the stage of the investigation and also considering that thee is no change of circumstances to revisit the earlier bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
