Hence, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions.

2. Permission is granted to withdraw both the petitions. He has also made an endorsement in the bundles to that effect. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
