ORDER
Though the earlier petitions filed by the petitioners were dismissed by some other Judge of this Court, due to pandamic Corona, this Court is inclined to take the petition for hearing.
2. The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294 (b), 323, 506(i) and 302 of IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.
3. The case of the prosecution is that on 10.03.2020, quarrel arose between the defacto complainant and her husband/A1. The defacto complainant's brother came to her house for mediation. At that time, the accused persons, including the petitioners assaulted the defacto complainants brother and he fell down. Thereafter, he died due to the injuries. Hence, the complaint.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are innocent person and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. During compromise talks, the deceased came in a drunken mood and hence, he fell down and sustained injuries. Therefore, they pray to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners along with other accused assaulted the defacto complainant's brother and due to the injuries sustained in the attack, he died. The investigation is pending, the petitioners are absconding and the earlier anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7819 of 2020 was dismissed on 26.05.2020. Absolutely there is no change of circumstances and hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
6. Considering the serious nature of offence and the fact that the investigation is pending and also considering the fact that there is no change of circumstances after the dismissal of the earlier anticipatory bail petition, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
