Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Appeal dated 24.05.2023 wherein a limited time frame, filed against the order of the second respondent in Pro.Na.Ka. No.5708/ B2/ 2022 dated 26.4.2023 with regard to Cancellation of (1).Settlement Deed dated 25.04.2013 vide Document No.1372 of 2013; (2)Declaration deed dated 06.12.2021 vide document 52/2021 Book.4 and (3)Settlement document No.476/2022 dated 11.02.2022 S.R.O.Kancheepuram, in total measuring including 856 sq.ft in respect of house plot measuring 1625 sq.ft 3 Nos.3093/5, 3155/1A, 3155/IB (Part), 3156/2 (Part) and 3158/B in Oli Mohammad PetDivision No.4, within Kancheepuram, Municipal Corporation in favour Mahabopee, Sarfudeen, Saharbanu in respect of survey No.3155, 3156, 3158 in total extent of 7,000 sq.ft in Kancheepuram Town and taluk, District Block No.37, Ward No.4.

ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the civil court for the reliefs as prayed for in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the civil court for the reliefs as prayed for in this writ petition. No Costs. W.M.P.No.11832 of 2026 is ordered subject to payment of single court fee. 25-03-2026 RKM
