When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.06.2022, this Court directed the learned counsel for the petitioner to take instructions as to whether he has already approached the concerned authority and verified the relevant records and taken copies. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was permitted to verify the relevant records. The relevant communication was also produced before this Court. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly, the same is closed. No costs.
