This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents not give electricity connection to the lands measuring an extent of 17.83 acres together with a Darga, Inamdar Mosque and a Burial Ground etc., situate in S.F.No.792/5, 792/6 & 792/6A1 ward No.5, Gudiyattam, Vellore District, apart from the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died. In view of the same, no legal heirs have come forward with substitution petition. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
