This Court has granted interim anticipatory bail to the petitioners on 19.06.2024, herein with a condition that the first petitioner is to deposit a sum of Rs.50 lakhs and the second and third petitioners to deposit a sum of Rs.5 lakhs to the credit of Crime No.20 of 2023 before the concerned Magistrate within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of that order and directed the Registry to list the matter today (18.07.2024) for reporting compliance.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2024.
5. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court is inclined to cancel the interim 1/3
anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 19.06.2024. T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

6. Accordingly, the order of interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the petitioners on 19.06.2024 stands cancelled. Thereby, the Respondent Police is directed to take appropriate steps to secure the petitioners/accused.
7. It is a case of forgery, liberty is granted to the defacto complainant to file a petition before the appropriate forum to send all the original documents to the Forensic Lab to verify the signature of the defacto complainant since it is a forged document.
8. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
