O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.06.2016 made in W.P. No. 12340 of 2016.

2. In the said order, this Court had given direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representation to be submitted with regard to the grievance of the petitioner.

3. Today when the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Baskaradoss, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, would submit that, pursuant to the order of this Court, initially since orders have not been complied with, this Contempt Petition was filed. However, when the Contempt Petition was kept pending, subsequently on 11.11.2019, the respondents have passed an order of course rejecting the plea of the petitioner, as against which, the petitioner has already started working out his remedy in the manner known to law and hence, this Contempt Petition, by recording the aforesaid development, may be closed, he contended. 2/3

4. By recording the aforesaid developement, this Contempt Petition is closed.
