Nothing survives in this Miscellaneous Petition by virtue of order passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No.581 of 2020 on 04.09.2020.

2. The aforesaid Writ Appeal filed by the Revenue has been dismissed and the time limit fixed for the Settlement Commission to pass orders has been extended.

3. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the matter any further.

4. Recording the aforesaid, this Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
