Crl.O.P.No.7543 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.7543 of 2023 N. ANAND VENKATESH.,J This Court by an Order dated 01.10.2018, had directed the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, to complete the proceedings in Crl.A.No.321 of 2019, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now the learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, has requested this Court to grant further period of two months to dispose of the aforesaid proceedings, as directed by this Court. Further it is submitted that final arguments have already been completed and the matter is reserved for orders.

3. As requested by the learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, time granted by this Court is extended by a period of two months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned VI Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
