..Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the two Online Application Nos.2025/0123/31/015162, 2025/0123/31/015163 dated 07.11.2025 to survey petitioner's entire land property in Survey No.57/1C1 extent of 0.48 Cents, situated at Nagampatti Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and property in survey No.23/11A, 23/11C, 23/11G, 23/11J, 23/11I, 23/11F with total extent of 1.27 cents approximately situated at Pichugoundanhalli, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, respectively within a stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by him, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had submitted two online applications on 07.11.2025 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondents.

4. No prejudice will be caused to respondents if the said authorities are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections if any from the neighbouring land owners and any other party as they deem it fit.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners and also to any

other party, whom they deem it fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the second respondent shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property, morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance, the same may be rendered by the third respondent for the effective implementation of this order.

No costs.
