ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR.S.VIMALA, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the husband of the detenue seeking a direction to the respondent to produce his wife, D.Birundha, aged about 28 years, before this Court.

2. Today, the detenue is produced before this Court by the respondent Police.

3. The detenue submits that on account of difference of opinion between herself and the petitioner, she left from the custody of the petitioner herein and left the children at the house of her parents at Bangalore. She also submits that she is now willing to go along with the petitioner.

4. The petitioner, husband of the detenue, who is present before this Court assures that he will forget all the issues and he will live along with the detenue happily.
