ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested on 10.03.2021 for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 397, 336, 427 and 506(ii) of I.P.C. in Cr.No.93 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioner along with the other accused robbed a sum of Rs.700/- and a cell phone from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner. 5.Considering the fact that there are ten previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
