Seeking admission to Ph.D. programme the petitioner made an application on 26.03.2013. As the same has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the application of the petitioner and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the petitioner to furnish another copy of the application dated 26.03.2013 along with this order within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
