The intra-Court Appeal has been instituted to assail the writ order dated 01.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.23697 of 2021.

2. Writ Petitioner is the appellant. Writ Petition has been instituted challenging the termination order dated 29.09.2021 issued by the Secretary and Correspondent, Loyola College, Nungambakkam, Chennai.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent College would submit that the appellant was engaged as a contract lecturer in a non-sanctioned post. The appointment was neither approved by the Directorate of College Education nor the appointment was made against the sanctioned post. The said fact has not been disputed by the appellant before the Writ Court. That being the factum, the Writ Court relegating the appellant to approach the 2/4

competent Civil Court for appropriate relief cannot be construed as infirm. Consequently, the writ order stands confirmed and the Writ Appeal is dismissed.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
