Both these application have been filed seeking to reopen the evidence of the first petitioner and to recall PW-1 for further evidence.

2. It is stated that further documents will have to be marked and therefore, it is necessary that the evidence is reopened and the witness is recalled for further evidence in chief.

3. Taking into consideration, that further documents are required to establish the case of the petitioners herein, both the Applications stand allowed. PW-1 is directed to appear before the learned Master on 17.04.2024.
