ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to consider and dispose of the Review Petition bearing No.3/14A2 filed by the Petitioner under Section 154 of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983 in accordance with law within a stipulated time and for consequential relief. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the review petition filed by the petitioner was disposed of, vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.7168/2014/m2, dated 02.01.2015 and hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
