This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam, to dispose of the trial in M.C.No.1 of 2013.

2. It is seen that a complaint has been filed in M.C.No.1 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam. It is also seen that from the history of the case hearings, it is posted on so many occasions and without any process, it was just kept pending for trial.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the Calendar Case is of the year is 2013, this Court deems it fit to direct the Judicial Magistrate, Madurantakam to complete the trial proceedings in M.C.No.1 of 2013 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
