O R D E R

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Civil Court to dispose of O.S.No.139 of 2009 on the file of the District Munsif Court at Tambaram within a stipulated time.

2. Taking note of the fact that the suit is of the year 2009 and the limited prayer is to dispose of the suit within a stipulated time, the Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
