ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the father of the detenue. Inter alia alleging that she is in the illegal custody of the fourth respondent, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents 1 to 3.

3. Considering the nature of allegations and the submissions made, we direct the official respondents to produce the detenue before the Judicial Magistrate, Uthangarai on 03.07.2020. 4.With the above direction, the habeas corpus petition stands disposed of.
