JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.K.Sannjayan, learned counsel for Ms.G.Uma Maheswari, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.K.Raja, learned

counsel for the first respondent and Mr.K.M.D.Muhilan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents 2 to 5.

2. The present first respondent had filed a writ petition before the learned Single Judge thereby seeking directions to restore patta in favour of the Commissioner, Minjur Panchayat Union. The learned Single Judge disposed of the writ petition recording the statement of learned Special Government Pleader that the enquiry is already fixed at 3 p.m. on 03.03.2021.

3. The original seventh respondent in the writ petition has filed the present appeal.

4. Now, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has no objection if the enquiry is continued and concluded expeditiously. Learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the enquiry is already concluded and the respondent authorities may be directed to pass further orders in that enquiry.

5. In the light of that, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present appeal. The respondent authorities shall pass orders in the enquiry.
