ORDER

(DELIVERED BY DR. S.VIMALA, J.) The petitioner, who is the son of the detenu, has filed this Habeas Corpus Petition, seeking a direction to the respondent to produce his father, namely, K.C.Nagoordas, S/o.K.Chandu, aged about 54 years, before this Court.

2. Today, the detenu, K.C.Nagoordas, S/o.K.Chandu, aged 54 years, is produced by the respondent Police before this Court.

3. We have inquired the detenu and he submits that in respect of marriage arrangement of the petitioner, there was a difference of opinion in the home and on account of mental agony, he left the custody of the petitioner and thereafter, after the issue of marriage of the petitioner got settled, he came back to the house and he is now living with the petitioner. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Recording the same, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
