2. The learned Additional public prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions submitted that the investigation was completed and action was taken on 02.09.2013.

3. Recording the above submissions this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. It is seen from records, that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners for several hearings and this Court appointed Mr.Muniyapparaj, Legal Aid Counsel to proceed the case. Hence the Authorities of Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, Chennai is directed to pay a reasonable fees to the legal aid counsel.
