ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking an early disposal of I.A.No.305 of 2018 in O.S.No.139 of 2011, which is an application filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff for appointment of an Advocate Commissioner. From the A-Diary extracts it appears that despite the fact that the matter has been listed for respondents' arguments, since 01.12.2018, the respondents have not argued and the matter has been adjourned frequently. The learned Judge is directed to dispose of the said application on or before 29.04.2019.

The Civil Revision Petition is allowed on the above lines. There shall be no order as to costs.
