This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to register the complaints of the petitioner dated 05.01.2021 and 26.03.2021 and investigate the same. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had lodged the complaints before the respondent police on 05.01.2021 and 26.03.2021, thereafter, no action has been taken by the respondent police.

3.The learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that after receipt of the complaints, enquiry has been conducted. The above said complaints have been closed on 27.07.2021, stating that the cases are civil in nature and the petitioner agreed to the same and gave an undertaking that he will approach the civil court for his remedy. 4.Considering the submissions and on perusal of the materials, this Court finds that the case is civil in nature and further enquiry has been conducted on the complaints dated 05.01.2021 and 26.03.2021 and the same has been closed on 27.07.2021. In view of the same, the respondent police are directed to serve the copy of the closure report to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner would take appropriate action according to law.
