ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to the respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Machine Maistry, as he has got the requisite qualification, placing reliance on the proceeding dated 27.10.2015 issued by the Assistant Director (Admn.), while considering his representation seeking promotion to the post of Machine Maistry, that his case would be considered. Even after the said communication, the respondent has not come forward to consider his case.

2. But the learned counsel for the petitioner is not even able to make out whether there is any vacancy available for considering the petitioner's case. Secondly, even the proceeding dated 27.10.2015 also does not show that there is any vacancy which could not be filled up for any reason. Therefore, when the proceeding dated 27.10.2015 clearly says that the case of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
