ORDER

It appears that the period in respect of which the relief sought for in the writ petition is no longer available. More than eight months have elapsed since the date of the application as well as the date for which the permission is sought for. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application, if so advised. As and when such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the respondent based upon the relevant material.
