2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.This Court on 19.04.2022 dismissed the Second Appeal with costs. However for want of certain clarification, directed the registry to post this matter today(27.04.2022).

4.This Court after perusing the document Ex.A5 is inclined to pass the following order:

(i)delete the para No.14 in the order dated 19.04.2022 and incorporated the following paragraph as Para No.14:

"In Ex.A5, only a thump impression is affixed at the last page. The document is not signed. The counsel for respondent pointed out that the Power of Attorney deed now available in Court is not a complete document. He produced a copy containing the full terms. There appears to be manipulation of records. If a complaint is made by respondent for manipulation of Court records the trial Court may deal with the same in accordance with law.
