Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned order issued by the second respondent in proceedings no A-II/JPR/APAPPROVAL/2020/49-B dated 20.01.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to approve the qualification of the petitioner for holding the post of Assistant Professor in History at the third respondent College with all consequential benefits.
