(The Case has been heard through Video Conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent police to take appropriate action against the above said persons and to give police protection to the petitioner and her family members to strengthen and build the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

demolished wall at plot measuring about 2000 sq.ft comprised in Old Survey T.S.No.122/1 and T.S.No.122/2 New Survey No.78/1 and 78/2, situated at Ward-B, Block-48, Panruti Taluk, Cuddalore District based on the complaint dated 31.05.2018.

2. For property dispute, the petitioner filed this present Criminal Original Petition for providing police protection to the petitioner's family and his property. However, a perusal of the records reveals that, there is a civil dispute, which cannot be entertained and disposed under 482 Cr.P.C. Hence, this petition is not maintainable.
