O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that there is an error that is crept into the affidavit dated 25.03.2018 filed in support of the present Writ Petition. He seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and file a new Writ Petition with the identical prayer as in the present one with the contents of the affidavit corrected.

2. Mr.M.Hariharan, learned Additional Government Pleader (Taxes) appearing for the respondent has no objection to the same. Hence the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner as aforesaid. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
