This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 66 days in preferring the the present revision.

2. The reasons for the delay assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition is that due to prolonged ill health of the petitioner and sudden demise of her husband she was not in a possession to follow the case. It is further stated that as the petitioner had shifted to Chennai and the notices in the suit have been serviced to her Ranipet Address, she was not aware of the suit proceedings. Therefore, the delay had occurred and the same is neither willful nor wanton. Hence, the present petition.

3. Despite service of notice to the respondents and tracking sheet filed and notice served to the counsel on record appearing for the respondents in the Execution Court, none appeared for the respondents. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
