Respondents PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the learned District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose of O.S.No.92 of 2018 expeditiously.

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, to dispose of O.S.No.92 of 2018 expeditiously.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that taking advantage of Covid-19 situation, the respondents are trying to put up the construction hastily. Inspite of receiving notice in the interim application filed before the trial Court, the respondents have not entered appearance and are continuing with the construction. Therefore, the petitioners approached this Court for speedy disposal of O.S.No.92 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai.
3. Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel entered appearance on behalf of the 4th respondent and submitted that the construction is over as early as in the year 2008 itself and they are willing to cooperate for early disposal of the injunction application pending before the trial Court. 2/4
4. It is also submitted that the matter is posted on 06.08.2020 before the trial Court.
5. Therefore, a direction is given to the petitioners to serve papers in respect of the injunction application pending before the trial Court forthwith and the learned counsel appearing on both sides are directed to argue the matter before the trial Court on 06.08.2020. The learned Principal District Judge, Thiruvannamalai, is directed to dispose of the interim application within a period of two weeks from the date of commencing of the argument by the parties.
With the above terms, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
