A.No.1854 of 2024 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application is filed to extend the period of arbitration by a further period of 6 months.

2. The learned counsel for the applicants as well as respondent would submit that the Arbitration proceedings had reached the stage of crossexamination of respondent's side witnesses and at this point of time, the time limit fixed by this Court got expired.

Hence, they seeks for extension of time for the completion of Arbitration.

3. Being satisfied with the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is inclined to grant extension of time up to 31.08.2024.

Thus, the learned Arbitrator is directed to complete the Arbitration proceedings on or before 31.08.2024.

4. Accordingly, this application is ordered as above.
