(CR.NO.192/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.NO.6862 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022 (i.e) as petitioner to sign the respondent police daily at 7 pm until further orders instead of Kaveripakkam police station daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of NO APPEARANCE for the petitioner and of MR.S.SANTHOSH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.6862 of 2022 dated 25.03.2022.

2. The condition imposed by this Court to report before the Inspector of Police, Kaveripakkam Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. has not been complied by this petitioner. Hence,the petitioner has filed this petition seeking modification.

3. Considering the non-compliance of anticipatory bail condition without any acceptable reason, the petition for modificaion is dismissed and if the petitioner failed to report before the Inspector of Police, Kaveripakkam Police Station, as ordered by this Court, the anticipatory bail granted to them shall stand automatically cancelled.
