Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks direction for expeditious disposal of the suit.

When the pleadings have not been completed and issues have not been framed and the documents have not been received, I am not in a position to give a direction for expeditious disposal of the suit. Hence the civil revision petition is dismissed. 2/4
