The present Application has been filed to grant extension of time to carry out the amendment order dated 25.07.2024 as per the A.No.5992 of 2023 and A.No.2712 of 2024 in the above said O.P.No.540 of 2022 on this file of this Court.

2. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and having been satisfied with the reasons stated therein, the application in A.No.1495 of 2025 in O.P.No.540 of 2022 is ordered as prayed for and one week time is granted to carry out the necessary amendments.
