Petition under Section 115 of Civil Procedure Code, against the Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to set aside the judgment and decree dated 17/06/2016 and made in C.M.A.No. 63 of 2011 on the file of the District Judge of the Nilgiris, Udhagamandalam confirming the judgment and decree dated 27/07/2011 and made in I.A.No.879 of 2010 in O.S.No.114 of 2009 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam(CRP(PD).No.3567 of 2016) Order:This petition coming on for Extension of time on the Ninth day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and persuing the earlier order date of 03.02.2021 and letter dated 14.07.2021 vide D.No.174/2021 from the Subordinate Judge,Gudalur,the Nilgiris this court made the following order:- By an order dated 03.02.2021, this Court disposed of this Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.114 of 2009, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.The learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam, by a letter to the Registry, dated 14.07.2021, seeks extension of time on the ground that due to Covid-19 pandemic situation, speedy disposal of the case has been delayed.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Udhagamandalam, three months time is hereby granted to dispose of O.S.No.114 of 2009, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
