ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.02.2023 and remove the encroachments made by respondents 4 and 5 in S.F.No.427/8, Poondurai Semur Village, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District.

2. In support of the prayer made in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner also brought to our notice the 'Natham

register'. A perusal of the same shows that the land covered in S.F.No.427/8, Poondurai Semur Village, Modakkurichi Taluk, Erode District has been given to CSI Church, Poondurai Semur, Erode and SDA Church, Poondurai Semur, Erode District.

3. Therefore, we are unable to entertain the writ petition. The writ petition fails and the same is dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
