ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner herein, who was arrested for the alleged offence under Section 394 of IPC @ Sections 458, 395 read with 397, 394 of IPC in S.C.No.205 of 2019.

2. The petitioner herein is the sixth accused in S.C.No.205 of 2019. Since he jumped the bail and did not participate in the trial, NBW was issued on 02.12.2021 and the same was executed on 01.04.2022. The learned trial Judge had dismissed the bail petition moved by the petitioner stating that due to the abscondence of this petitioner, the trial of this case got delayed and if he is released on bail, he may again abscond.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police states that after securing this petitioner, the trial has commenced, PW1 was examined and summons to LW1 to LW3 has been issued https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

for appearance on 03.06.2022 and submits that if the petitioner is released on bail at this juncture, there is every possibility of his abscondence and further delay in the trial. Taking note of the said objection, this Criminal Original Petition for bail is dismissed for the present. The petitioner shall revive the petition for bail after examination of the main witnesses.
