O R D E R

This revision petition is filed against the fair and final order dated 21.12.2017 passed in I.A. No. 527 of 2017 in O.S. NO.106/2017 on the file of the I Additional District Munsif Court , Erode.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

as directed by the court below, the petitioner undertakes to withdraw the instant Interlocutory Application and to file comprehensive petition for amendment seeking the relief of declaration of title as well as declaration of the sale deed as null and void. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In the light of the above undertaking and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive petition for amendment seeking the relief of declaration of title as well as declaration of the sale deed as null and void, if the same is permissible under law. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
