This Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 694 days in filling the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the material available in the record.

On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.3,000/-(Rupees Three thousand only) to "the Medical Research Foundation (Sankara Nethralaya) No.41/18, College Road, Chennai-6. HDFC Bank Ltd., A/c.No.00821000087815, IFSC Code No.HDFC0000082" within a period of two week from today and on such payment the delay of 694 days in filling the above S.A.SR.No.41985 of 2024 is condoned.
