This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to direct the II Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose the case in H.M.O.P.No.844 of 2014 within time frame by this Court.

The petitioner and respondent are husband and wife. The

petitioner filed petition for divorce in H.M.O.P.No.844 of 2014 before the II Additional Family Court, Chennai, on the ground of cruelty. Since the petition is pending for long time, the petitioner filed this present petition with above said prayer.

Considering the facts and circumstances, the trial Court viz., the II Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose the case in HMOP.No.844 of 2014 within period of twelve months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order, if not already disposed of. 4.
