2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the main suit itself dismissed on 24.08.2020.

3. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No order as to costs.
