This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to investigate the Crime No.26 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and to file the final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing Mr.V.Meganathan (crl.side) would submit that on the complaint given by the Petitioner, investigation has been conducted in Crime No.26 of 2021 and after completion of investigation, the case has been referred as mistake of fact and closed on 05.01.2022. He would submit that the respondent attempted to serve RCS notice on the petitioner. However, he refused to receive the same and it was pasted on the door of his residence.
