(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) This Contempt Petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of orders of this Court dated 15.06.2022 in W.P.No.12180 of 2021.

2. Today, when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for both sides that, as against the order passed by this Court dated 15.06.2022 in W.P.No.12180 of 2021, review application has been filed in Rev.Aplw.No.64 of 2023, where we have passed an order on 08.08.2023.

3. We have passed an order in the review application, wherein certain directions have been given after taking note of the fact that the premises in question or the structure in question has already been locked and sealed by the municipal authorities and in our order in the review application, we directed to continue that position of lock and seal till a decision is taken by the Municipality on a fresh application to be submitted by the occupier.
