O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2020 made in W.P.No.19117 of 2020.

2. Today when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, insofar as the amount payable to the petitioner is concerned that has been calculated and a report with working sheet has been sent to the ESI Corporation who in turn has to pay the amount i.e., Rs.1,28,979/- to the petitioner.

3. This position has been informed to the petitioner also by letter dated 19.01.2024 and all these documents since have been filed before this Court, after perusal of the same, this Court feels that, on the part of the respondent, he has complied with the order of this Court, hence no further pursuasive action is required in this contempt petition, accordingly, this contempt petition is closed. 31.01.2024 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Speaking Order : Yes / No vji 2/4
